What is processed

The platform supplies a signed-in user identifier and, where available, an email address. Saved custom prompts, terms acceptance, credit transactions and image-processing cost records are stored against that identifier. New photo uploads are saved to your private account library, including the original file and a browser-compatible preview. Each AI edit is linked to that original and its processing/charge record.

AI, payments and connected services

AI edits send the selected photo and instructions to xAI. Stripe handles payment information through its hosted checkout; the studio does not store card numbers. Google Drive and Dropbox connections, when configured, use their own authorization flows. Provider data practices are governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Storage and security

Original photos, previews, AI results and finished AI exports are stored in private object storage. Photo ownership, names, edit history and transaction links are stored in the account database. Saved library items survive reloads. Unsaved local touch-ups, in-progress uploads and browser-only work may still be lost. Server secrets are kept out of client assets, and private records are scoped to the authenticated account. Account records, saved prompts, credit balances and transaction records are retained to operate your account, preserve unused credits, resolve billing issues and meet recordkeeping obligations. The beta does not automatically expire saved photos, edits or these records. Contact us to request deletion or account closure. Deletion is reviewed manually; records needed for payments, disputes, security or legal obligations may be retained. Copies held by hosting or service providers may remain under their own retention and backup practices.

Your choices

Use local touch-up without an AI-provider request. Choose which photos to send for AI processing. Do not include sensitive information in custom prompts unnecessarily. Contact info@emergentintelligencegroup.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping duties. We may ask you to verify your account before acting on a request. If you disagree with our response, reply to the same address to request a further review. This notice does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Marketing and children

Service use is not permission to use a customer’s images in advertising. A separate release is required for promotional use. Do not create accounts for children; an authorized adult must manage any permitted processing of children’s images and obtain necessary permissions.
